1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
TutyCorp is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe and responsible digital environment.
TutyCorp is a civic grievance and public service application that enables citizens to report civic issues and submit complaints to the concerned Corporation departments.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or any other activity that endangers children.
We do not permit the TutyCorp application or its services to be used for any activity that exploits, abuses, or harms children.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
Users must not use TutyCorp to:
- Upload, submit, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Upload images or other content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Groom or sexually exploit children.
- Encourage, facilitate, or promote child exploitation.
- Use the application to arrange sexual contact with children.
- Share sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Threaten, harass, exploit, or endanger children.
- Submit fraudulent or malicious reports involving children.
- Use photographs or other uploaded content for unlawful purposes.
Any content or activity that violates applicable laws or these standards may be removed and may result in restriction of access to the service.
Google Play requires apps to prohibit the creation, upload, or distribution of content that facilitates child exploitation or abuse.
3. User-Submitted Images and Information
TutyCorp allows users to submit grievance information, photographs, location information, and other details relating to civic complaints.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the information and photographs they submit are relevant to the grievance and do not contain illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
We do not permit users to upload child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or endangers children.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If a user identifies content or activity involving child abuse, exploitation, or other serious child-safety concerns through the TutyCorp service, the concern should be reported immediately through the application’s grievance/reporting mechanism or by contacting our designated support contact.

5. Action on Reports
TutyCorp will review child-safety reports received through its available reporting/support channels.
Where appropriate, we may:
- Remove or restrict prohibited content.
- Restrict or suspend access associated with misuse of the service.
- Preserve relevant information where legally required.
- Escalate serious matters to appropriate authorities.
- Cooperate with lawful investigations and applicable legal requirements.
Google’s policy expects developers to take appropriate action when they obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, consistent with their published standards and applicable laws.
6. Protection of Children
TutyCorp does not intentionally provide functionality designed to facilitate communication between unknown adults and children.
The application is intended primarily for citizens to report civic and municipal issues to the Corporation.
We do not knowingly permit the TutyCorp service to be used for child exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or other activities that endanger children.
7. Compliance With Applicable Laws
TutyCorp is committed to complying with applicable child-safety, privacy, data-protection, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Where legally required, suspected child exploitation or abuse may be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities.
